The match, goal by goal
3 of the 3 goals came after half-time.
50' Andrej Kramarić (TSG Hoffenheim) 0-1
After a goalless first half, the deadlock was broken five minutes after the restart. Andrej Kramarić put visitors TSG Hoffenheim ahead in the 50th minute, making it 0-1 at the Weserstadion. It was the first of two Hoffenheim goals in the space of two minutes.
52' Christoph Baumgartner (TSG Hoffenheim) 0-2
Only two minutes after the opener, Christoph Baumgartner doubled TSG Hoffenheim's lead in the 52nd minute to make it 0-2. SV Werder Bremen would pull one back later, but never drew level. Baumgartner's strike therefore proved to be the winning goal in this Bundesliga matchday 26 fixture.
76' Amos Pieper (SV Werder Bremen) 1-2
Trailing by two goals, SV Werder Bremen finally found a response in the 76th minute, when Amos Pieper pulled one back to make it 1-2. The home side could not complete the comeback, however. The match ended 1-2, with Bremen unable to find an equalizer.
