1 of the 2 goals came after half-time.
38' Siebe Van der Heyden (FC St. Pauli) 0-1
With the match still goalless in the 38th minute, Siebe Van der Heyden put visiting FC St. Pauli ahead at the Volkswagen Arena. The goal made it 0-1, and St. Pauli carried that advantage into half-time. The lead lasted until the 70th minute, when VfL Wolfsburg drew level, so Van der Heyden's opener ended up earning a share of the points rather than the win.
70' Mohamed Amoura (VfL Wolfsburg) 1-1
Trailing since the 38th minute, VfL Wolfsburg finally found an answer in the 70th, when Mohamed Amoura scored to make it 1-1. The equalizer spared the home side from defeat. Neither team scored again, and Amoura's goal settled the match as a draw.
