Serhou Guirassy broke the deadlock in the 10th minute as Borussia Dortmund hosted 1. FSV Mainz 05 at Signal Iduna Park on Matchday 22 of the Bundesliga. His opener made it 1-0. Dortmund never surrendered that lead on the way to a 4-0 win, so the strike went down as the match winner.
15' Maximilian Beier (Borussia Dortmund) 2-0
Only five minutes after the opener, Maximilian Beier doubled Dortmund's advantage in the 15th minute. The goal made it 2-0, giving the home side two goals in quick succession early in the first half. It allowed Dortmund to take firm control of the match.
