19' Daniel Ciofani (Cremonese) 0-1
Lecce hosted Cremonese at the Stadio Via del mare on matchday 8 of Serie A on 2 October 2022, and it was the visitors who struck first. Daniel Ciofani opened the scoring in the 19th minute to make it 0-1. Cremonese could not hold on to that advantage, however, as Lecce drew level before half-time and the match finished 1-1.
42' Gabriel Strefezza (Lecce) 1-1
Trailing 0-1 on home soil, Lecce found their equaliser in the 42nd minute through Gabriel Strefezza. His goal restored parity at 1-1 just before the break. Neither side scored after the interval, so Strefezza's strike proved to be the final goal of the afternoon and secured a draw for the hosts.
