The match, goal by goal
1 of the 4 goals came after half-time.
3' Krzysztof Piątek (Salernitana) 1-0
Salernitana needed only three minutes to break the deadlock at the Stadio Arechi, with Krzysztof Piątek putting the hosts 1-0 up. It was the ideal start for the home side in this Serie A Matchday 13 fixture. The early advantage, however, proved short-lived, and the match against Cremonese eventually finished 2-2.
12' David Okereke (Cremonese) 1-1
Cremonese answered nine minutes after falling behind, as David Okereke levelled in the 12th minute. His goal brought the visitors back to 1-1 and reset the contest early in the first half. For Salernitana, the lead earned at the start had slipped away almost immediately.
38' Lassana Coulibaly (Salernitana) 2-1
With the score still level at 1-1, Lassana Coulibaly restored Salernitana's advantage in the 38th minute. The goal put the hosts back in front at 2-1 before half-time. It held up as the go-ahead goal until the closing stages, but it was not enough to secure the win.
89' Daniel Ciofani (Cremonese) 2-2
Salernitana were protecting a 2-1 lead when Daniel Ciofani struck for Cremonese in the 89th minute. The late equaliser earned the visitors a 2-2 draw. Salernitana had gone ahead twice, and twice they were pegged back.
