42' Marko Arnautović (Inter) 0-1
Genoa hosted Inter at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris on 29 December 2023, in Serie A Matchday 18. Inter, the visitors, broke the deadlock in the 42nd minute through Marko Arnautović to go 0-1 up. It looked like a timely opener just before the break, but the lead would not last until half-time.
45'+7 Radu Drăgușin (Genoa) 1-1
Trailing 0-1 and seemingly heading into the break behind, Genoa drew level in first-half added time, as Radu Drăgușin scored in the 45+7th minute to make it 1-1. Neither side found the net after the interval, so Drăgușin's equalizer proved to be the final goal of the match. The home side, having answered Inter's opener before half-time, finished the night sharing the points.
