The match, goal by goal
1 of the 3 goals came after half-time.
15' Frank Anguissa (Napoli) 0-1
Genoa hosted Napoli at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in Round 17 of Serie A, and it was the visitors who struck first. Frank Anguissa opened the scoring in the 15th minute to make it 0-1. Napoli never surrendered the lead they took that early in the first half.
23' Amir Rrahmani (Napoli) 0-2
Eight minutes after Anguissa's opener, Amir Rrahmani doubled Napoli's advantage in the 23rd minute, making it 0-2 on the road. The two-goal cushion, built before half-time, proved decisive: Genoa pulled one back after the break, but Rrahmani's strike stood as the winner.
51' Andrea Pinamonti (Genoa) 1-2
Trailing 0-2 at the break, Genoa got themselves back into the match six minutes into the second half, when Andrea Pinamonti made it 1-2 in the 51st minute. It was the home side's only reply, however. There were no further goals, and Napoli held on to win 1-2.
