14' Weston McKennie (Juventus) 0-1

22' Samuele Birindelli (AC Monza) 1-1
Trailing 0-1, AC Monza responded in the 22nd minute through Samuele Birindelli, who made it 1-1 only eight minutes after the opener. The equaliser put the home side back on level terms, but it would prove to be their only goal of the afternoon, as Juventus went ahead again before half-time.
39' Nico González (Juventus) 1-2
With the score at 1-1, Nico González restored Juventus' advantage in the 39th minute to make it 1-2. Neither side scored again after that first-half strike, so González's goal stood as the winner as Juventus left Stadio Brianteo with a 1-2 victory over AC Monza.
