The match, goal by goal
3 of the 3 goals came after half-time. Hellas Verona came from 1 down to win.
49' Jonathan Rowe (Bologna) 1-0
Bologna hosted Hellas Verona at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara on Matchday 28, and the game was goalless at the break. Jonathan Rowe broke the deadlock four minutes into the second half, putting the home side 1-0 up in the 49th minute. The lead proved short-lived, however, as Bologna went on to lose 1-2.
53' Martin Frese (Hellas Verona) 1-1
Hellas Verona needed only four minutes to respond. Martin Frese scored in the 53rd minute to level the match at 1-1, wiping out Bologna's lead almost as soon as it had been established. The equalizer set the stage for the visitors' comeback.
57' Kieron Bowie (Hellas Verona) 1-2
Four minutes after the equalizer, Kieron Bowie put Hellas Verona in front in the 57th minute, making it 1-2. It capped a spell of three goals in eight minutes early in the second half, during which the visitors turned the match on its head. No further goals followed, and Bowie's strike stood as the winner in a come-from-behind away victory.
