The match, goal by goal
2 of the 3 goals came after half-time.
17' Riccardo Orsolini (Bologna) 0-1
Bologna made the first move in the 17th minute at the Stadio Via del mare. Riccardo Orsolini broke the goalless deadlock to put the visitors 1-0 up, with the scoreline reading 0-1. From that point Lecce spent the remainder of the first half chasing the game on their own ground.
64' Amar Fatah (Lecce) 1-1
Lecce finally drew level after the interval. Amar Fatah scored in the 64th minute to make it 1-1, 47 minutes after Orsolini had opened the scoring. The home side had wiped out Bologna's lead and restored parity with more than 25 minutes still to play.
75' Jay Enem (Bologna) 1-2
Eleven minutes after the equaliser, Bologna moved back in front. Jay Enem scored in the 75th minute for 1-2, the second time the lead changed hands in this match. Nothing further was added, so Enem's goal stood as the winner. Lecce, having fought their way back to 1-1, were beaten at home.
