Just four minutes after falling behind, Shabab Al Ahli responded in the 79th minute to level the score at 1-1. Neither side found the net again, so the equaliser secured a draw for the visitors away from home. For FK Ahal, it meant a lead held only briefly slipped away late in the second half.
